Say Goodbye to Varicose Veins Naturally

Varicose veins can be simply described as veins that have become enlarged and twisted. They are visible under the skin surface and their color is usually blue or dark purple. Some of the most common causes of this condition include genetics, age, prolonged standing, obesity, and pregnancy.

At the beginning of their occurrence, varicose veins are commonly treated with compression techniques, such as the use of compression stockings. But, as the condition aggravates, it can also cause other health problems, including painful inflammation, swellings, feeling of heaviness in the legs etc.

Additionally, varicose veins are often accompanied with dilated capillaries on the skin surface and spider veins, which worsens the condition even more.

But luckily for all of us, we can effectively reduce inflammation and treat varicose veins with the help of garlic. This amazing vegetable is well-known for its powerful healing properties, like its ability to stimulate blood flow and increase the removal of toxins from the body. For all these reasons, we strongly recommend you to consume garlic or take garlic supplements as often as possible.

Moreover, you can also apply garlic directly on the affected area to experience even faster effects. For that purpose, we will present you a recipe for a popular natural remedy with garlic, which is used in the Ayurvedic medicine for the treatment of varicose veins:

YOU WILL NEED:
  • Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • ¾ cup of orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil

Mix the ingredients together and leave the mixture to stay aside for about 12 hours before use.

Apply the mixture on the affected areas with slow circular motions, until it is completely absorbed into the skin. After that, wrap the massaged area with a bandage, and leave it for 45-50 minutes. You should experience pain relief very quickly. Note that you can repeat this procedure as many times as you need.
